Anti-Depressant Smoothie

All jokes aside, this smoothie I drink every morning has some amazing anti-depressant, mood boosting and somatic stabilizing benefits.

Rich in protein, fiber, Omega-3’s, Omega-6’s, electrolytes, iron and a splash of potassium.

Ingredients:

  • Banana (preferably frozen)

  • Coconut water (can be substituted with milk or plain water)

  • Sprout Living EPIC Protein

  • Ground Flaxseed

  • Chia seeds

  • Hemp seeds

  • Cinnamon

  • Spinach

  • Frozen riced cauliflower to make it creamier and thicker

  • PB - optional but always a good idea;)

Blend it all up, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top and enjoy!
