Anti-Depressant Smoothie
All jokes aside, this smoothie I drink every morning has some amazing anti-depressant, mood boosting and somatic stabilizing benefits.
Rich in protein, fiber, Omega-3’s, Omega-6’s, electrolytes, iron and a splash of potassium.
Ingredients:
Banana (preferably frozen)
Coconut water (can be substituted with milk or plain water)
Sprout Living EPIC Protein
Ground Flaxseed
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Cinnamon
Spinach
Frozen riced cauliflower to make it creamier and thicker
PB - optional but always a good idea;)
Blend it all up, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top and enjoy!
