Untethered Soul

By: Michael Alan Singer

10/10

This book has been on my list for a while as it has been recommended by several of the podcasters I listen to. Specifically Melissa Wood Tepperberg who claims it is one book that changed the way she thinks.

Needless to say, I wish I read it sooner because it provided wisdom beyond belief. This book will be on rotation for the rest of my life because there are so many gentle reminders, eye opening thoughts, and tools that I will forget and need to be reminded of.

It brought me into my fears, anxieties, dreams, loves, and feelings that I thought Iā€™d healed but needed to close off completely. I recommend this book to any and all.

Even if you can only pull one thought from this book and disregard the rest, Singer is so brilliant that I think it would still be worth your time.
